1.1 Booking and Payment
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and services of the photographer/videographer.
• The remaining balance is due one week before the event date.
1.2 Changes and Cancellations
• Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least one month in advance.
• Cancellation of the event will forfeit the deposit upon agreeing to the agreement.
• Postponement is allowed and can be extended for a maximum of one year from the original event date.
1.3 Delivery of Work
• The Company will provide the Client with edited photographs and/or videos within 8 weeks after the event.
• Any additional edits requested by the Client may incur additional charges.
1.4 Use of Images and Videos
• The Company reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
1.5 Additional Expenses (Photography and Videography)
• The Client is responsible for any parking fees or other expenses related to the location of photo shoots and collection of items.

2.3 Trial Sessions
• Trial sessions for makeup and hair are available upon request. The makeup artist will liaise with the bride on the location of the trial session.
• Trial sessions will be charged separately.
2.4 Additional Expenses (Makeup and Hair)
• The Client is responsible for any parking fees or other expenses related to the event location.

3.3 Flower Availability
• Due to the imported nature, certain flowers may be unavailable or less fresh. The florist reserves the right to select suitable alternatives.
• Silk and preserved flowers may also be used, according to the client’s requirements.
3.4 Materials and Liability
• Floral designs may include pins, fabrics, and other materials. The florist is not liable for any injury resulting from these items.
3.5 Care of Flowers
• Fresh flowers require care; while delivered with water, quality changes due to sunlight or hydration are beyond liability.
3.6 Setup and Responsibility
• Post-setup, any issues due to mishandling by guests or venue staff are not the florist’s responsibility.
3.7 Collection Details
• Floral items such as the wedding bouquet, boutonnieres, car decoration installation, and bridesmaids’ bouquets can be collected a day before the wedding. Please provide a contact number for coordination.
